Classes
At this age, a child's level of independent mobility will typically range from crawling to running. Our Parent and Child classes promote early development and provide a strong foundation for your child. Our instructors will provide the utmost attention and care, as they guide your toddlers in social skill development through interactive songs, choreographed dances, and a variety of other original activities. For ages 2 to 3, FROG classes promote early development and provide a strong foundation for your child’s critical third year. In addition to having fun with structured games and fascinating adventures incorporating pre-gymnastics skills, our terrific toddlers learn beginner sports skills, gain improved motor proficiency, and strengthen their physical skills. And since parents are along for the ride, they’ll be right there to celebrate every discovery with smiles and hugs.

The course is structured in accordance to individual children’s ability to safely execute and improve their motor and gymnastics skills. Courses are fun and challenging just enough to improve physical skills and greatly build confidence, which children will later transform into any other sport or into their daily lives. This course is suitable for preschoolers who want to explore and have fun. It also teaches how to overcome new challenges. BigHugGym is a fantastic program that enhances children's coordination, confidence and rhythm through a variety of fun activities, utilising specialised pre-school equipment. Gymnastics is the perfect activity for the development of Physical Literacy - the fundamentals of moving the body and moving objects.

Our gymnastics program for elementary school aged children is a little different than that of our younger members. Classes have been segmented to allow for specific disciplines in accordance to varying developmental abilities, giving children the chance to tackle new challenges at their own skill level. Celebrated with cheers and high-fives, each new achievement leads to newfound confidence, determination and a desire to continue improving.
Middle school age placement is based on both physical and emotional readiness. As kids strive to advance their skills and become more focused as they become teenagers they will progress to a more demanding class. Pre-teens have the opportunity to be challenged and experience success on various types of gymnastic equipment. Basic to intermediate gymnastic progression on bars, beams, tumbling, rings and trampoline will be the focus. Safety training, body positioning, strength and flexibility will all be emphasized. The benefit of this class is enhanced physical development and skills while continuing to build on one’s self confidence.

These classes for teenagers are specially designed for those who would like to develop their skills further in gymnastics. Participants learn more challenging skills, new elements and enhanced conditioning activities throughout the year. Endurance and gross motor skills are increased through a series of exciting and dynamic exercises. As we focus on specific muscle groups, utilize a multi-station circuit-training course, and add fun nutritional tips, our goal in this 1-hour program is to install health and fitness as a way of life.

This exercise focuses on the development of fitness skills and coordination through gymnastics and is intended for all adults. We welcome adults of all ages from all backgrounds, even if you have never been to any gymnastics class before. With this training you will feel the advantage of these new skills in other recreational sports and in everyday life.

BigHugGym offers a private program for Kindergartens, schools, dance & sport clubs. The school program can be adapted to any age group and focuses on building a closer relationship among children.

This offers students the best value for their time. With a private lesson, the students will work one-on-one with an instructor, receiving personalized instruction and immediate correction. In learning the best methods, one-on-one, both beginner and advanced students will find that they progress faster and more easily. Private lessons will be arranged with the instructor who will personalize each lesson to meet the individual’s requirements and wishes.
